Future Enhancements.
Can you teach a hyperactive generation?
Our project, Astro Wave, aims to teach a generation that struggles to
concentrate about the wonders of our solar system through a form of
immersion that engages three senses.

What do we improve from the challenge?
Is that all it's going to teach?
In the very near future, our project will implement levels to teach
children of different ages using a learning system similar to that of
the Duolingo app.
Exploring Innovative Solutions
How to capture a child's attention?
The easiest way to achieve this is by having a
child engage as many senses as possible. A
clear example is TikTok, which compels you
to use the senses of touch, sight, and sound,
thus capturing the full attention of the viewer.
Why doesn't education modernize as
quickly as technology?
Until today, the method created over a
century ago is still being used to teach in
schools. Why not improve it? In a constantly
changing world, and with children having the
ability to access all information with just a
click away, we need a new method that can
capture their attention.

What does “Astro Wave” do?
Can you learn through the senses?
With the sonification system, we were able to assign specific properties to the planets and create variations of
sounds with which the user can identify and have a new learning experience with them.
How will they achieve this?
Until the improvements are made, it is aimed at an audience of children over 10 years old, due to the specific
properties assigned to the planets that younger children may not understand and could become frustrated and
bored.
To what user will it be directed?
The goal of Astro Wave is to teach using more than two senses and provide the user with a complete immersive
learning experience.

Wave will have the following benefits: it creates a new way to teach children about the wonders of
space, offers a new approach to education in schools, provides a different way to perceive celestial
bodies, and much more.
